Qualitative research: Including computer aided-qualitative analysis of text, video, image and voice for content analysis, discourse analysis, grounded analysis and metha-analysis of data from the marketing perspective and also conceptualization, eye tracking and gaze analysis, research design, data collection through experiments, interviews, focus groups and direct observations

Statistical quantitative analysis: Including descriptive and inferential statistics covering a wide range of topics such as sampling, survey, data collection, descriptive, regression and relationship analysis, dimension reduction and factor analysis, structural equation modelling, conjoint analysis, estimation, forecast and time series, distribution analysis, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance and using Excel, SPSS, R, Python and Hadoop

Social Network Analysis: including theories, applications and philosophy, matrix calculation and illustration, network analysis, analysis of centrality, connectivity, power, ego-networks, heterogeneity and network similarity and correlation using UCInet and NetDraw

Bibliometrics: including the application of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods including content analysis, social network analysis, citation coupling, analysis and social network analysis
